Jennifer Handler is a native Floridian who grew up in the hill country of Texas, spending much of her childhood showing quarter horses all across the country. After the birth of her second child in 1990, Jennifer relocated to Pensacola and has made it home ever since.
After getting her real estate license in 1995, Jennifer focused her career on working with investors purchasing rental properties, even becoming an investor herself. As an owner and manager, it didn’t take long for her to find her niche in property management, eventually becoming the first employee of an up and coming property management firm – Gulf Coast Property Management.
Jennifer has had several opportunities to expand her skill and expertise in different forms of property management over the years, including HOA management of multiple large subdivisions during a brief move back to Texas. Jennifer also became Vice President of a local affordable housing development company and was responsible for the purchase, rehabilitation and resale of many homes through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
Today Jennifer applies her years of “field” experience by handling all routine and move out inspections at GCPM, as well as coordinating repairs on vacant properties.
